This gigantic project was financed by the Global Fund. The Movement for Christ in Rwanda has implemented this big project in collaboration with the Global Fund and some Leaders of the Government of Rwanda, under the supervision of the Department of Health and the Presidency. The results have been excellent. The Movement for Christ carried out the work of this Project, especially in Nyanza District, then in Kamonyi District in the Southern Province.
